I was doing everything "right" after my baby hit the 4 month sleep regression (that extended to 6 months lol).
I was following wake windows, I had the dark room and the white noise, she could initiate sleep on her own, I made sure she got her calories in for the day. But every day was just so inconsistent in terms of naps and what night time was going to look like. Short naps, multiple night wakings. I could not work out what I was doing wrong which became so frustrating. I decided to do the 1:1 support with Sally and she put us on a nap schedule and gave us tips for nighttime. If I'm being honest, I doubted anything could work because I felt like I was already following everything you see about baby sleep. WELL, I was very wrong.
We followed Sally's guide and there was a difference in sleep by the first night. By night 3, she was sleeping through the night and that wasn't even the goal for us - we just wanted more consistency!
