Chances are you’ve had a baby or maybe you know someone who is having one, and you want to help everyone get the sleep they deserve. I’m a paediatric nurse, certified sleep consultant and mother to two kids. I’ve lived through the fourth trimester and even come out the other side of it happily!

The time between bringing home your baby and being able to start ‘active’ sleep work can feel like a long time. I believe good sleep habits and healthy foundations can start from day dot.

This guide aims to give you the confidence and nurture you as you navigate the fourth trimester. This guide is not about sleep training or rigid scheduling. I wrote this guide in the hopes that it will feel like I’m there with you at 3am on the couch as you feed your new baby. I want to be your voice of calm during those witching hours. I want to support you as you find your feet with this new stage in life, whether this be your first baby or your fifth.
