When you hear the word concierge, perhaps you envision a hotel staff member dressed immaculately who can call you a taxi or book you a restaurant. They are, however, also the shining example of the company’s customer service. They are there to welcome you and take care of you during your stay, ensuring you have a wonderful overall experience. They also have a great deal of knowledge of the local area, and if/when they don’t know the answer to your question, they research to find out.
This is the exact approach I like to take with sleep. I view working with parents and babies as a privilege and I take it very personally. I strive to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. I also like to look at sleep from a holistic perspective. I look at everything from diet to room set up to daily activities and emotional wellbeing. I am thorough and if I don’t know the answer to something, I go and research it to find out the best answer with evidence to support it.
The guide I have developed has taken me years to perfect and encompasses all of the above areas of interest to ensure it’s aligned with my holistic approach. It’s also why I offer phone consultations in addition to the guide, for when you may need more support when implementing the guide in your household.
