I live in Melbourne, so naturally, I never know how to dress my baby because of the whole four seasons in one day thing. We're all about the layers and the spare outfits.
It can be a bit of a head spin to figure out how to dress your baby overnight. So, I've created a dressing guide to help simplify it for you. This is only a guide, and it is for you to tweak. I personally err on the side of coziness. I dress Baby P warm because cozy babies sleep and cold babies wake.

Remember, we always dress our babies for the coldest part of the night, which is generally around 4 am.

Worried about baby's early wake-ups? Read this guide to avoid your baby's early wake-ups.

To make it even easier for you, I've included an infographic that provides a visual guide on how to dress your baby for bedtime. This infographic is an extract from The Sleep Concierge's 5-12 Month Sleep Guide, which offers comprehensive advice on helping your baby sleep better during this crucial stage of development.

By following these guidelines and using the infographic as a quick reference, you'll be able to ensure that your baby is dressed appropriately for a comfortable and safe sleep.
